I don’t want to look awful at the gym!!!

HELP! Ce-o fi de facut???

EN: You’ve already started your membership at the gym, actually you’re even on your way to reach the target that made you go to the gym to begin with. You’ve already chose your colorful outfit that makes you happy during your workouts (make sure you go at the gym atleast 3 times but maximum of a 5, to leave your muscles to rest!), and the perfect trainers to protect your feet. There is a problem left, though! You already know that wearing make up during workouts can clog your pore but you don’t want either to go without make up at all and with your hair looking like it just got out WWII. Help!!! What can we do???

Important este sa stii CE make-up sa porti.

EN: You really wonder if wearing make-up at the gym is really THAT BAD. No, it isn’t. Important is to know WHAT make-up to wear. Of course, seems impossible especially if you have acne outbreaks or rashes. But there’s a solution! To begin with, make sure you clean your face properly before gym and apply your fav hydrating cream. Then you can easily apply a BB cream (for instance the one with tea tree oil from Yves Rocher is fantastic, helps you treat the problem while you’re skin is fully covered) or a very fluid and OIL FREE foundation

EN: After you applied the products I mentioned you can also apply a bit of an illuminating product on your cheeks, a lip balm and contour your eyebrows. If you feel like it’s not enough, a mascara can complete your look.

EN: To be honest, I only wear my sun screen (the one I’ve told you before, from bioderma) and a lip balm at the gym and I feel perfect. I can’t be bothered, because I go at the gym to feel good, to have fun (I actually do have fun at the exercise classes) and to keep fit. I feel beautiful, even prettier maybe than when I’m “out of the box”.

Do you wear make up at the gym? What sort of make-up and what makes you feel the need of wearing it?

Love,

Cristina
